In my current role, I manage and mentor a team while simultaneously participating as an individual contributor on complex client-facing product development programs.

I execute complex digital strategy and service design programs, continually bid on and win new projects, and have successfully expanded our service offering (from Human Factors only) to include Design Research and UX. I have streamlined numerous internal processes, including the first hiring and on-boarding system for summer interns and new hires.

Executed complex product development programs, integrating research, DevOps, industrial design, UX/UI, and engineering while nurturing client relationships, resulting in the two most profitable programs in the Chicago office for 2017; one was the most profitable across all office locations (Boston, San Jose, Shanghai, Chicago).

Designed patient-specific surgical instruments; improved existing and developed new products with R&D resulting in a patent for an orthopedic imaging device for improved patient comfort while accurately obtaining x-ray images of a patient's knee for creation of 3D models of their bones.
